Rates for non-consensual tows from private property are set by Public Utilities Commission Colorado
- Mileage/Fuel Surcharge-Current Maximum Rate as of 3/15/23, is $3.80 per mile (prices fluctuate monthly)
- Private Property Impound: 10,000 lbs. or less-Current Maximum Rate Permitted is $228.01
- Drop Charge for vehicle 10,000 lbs. or less-Current Maximum Rate Permitted is: $88.79
- Storage Fees for vehicle $10,000 lbs. or less-Current Maximum Rate Permitted is $43.80/24 hours
- After Hours Release Fee-Current Maximum Rate Permitted is $96.38 (Please call to arrange for an after hour release)
- *Regular office hours are M-F 8am-5pm* *Towing 24/7*
- Statuary Notification from private property-Current Maximum Rate Permitted is $75.00
- (Higher fees apply for larger/heavier vehicles please see PUC website)
*Important-Please follow these steps for vehicle retrieval:
- For vehicle release please call 1 hour ahead to schedule pick-up.
- For payment please bring exact cash amount, or major credit/bank card to pay the bill.
- You will also need to provide proof of ownership and valid ID.
